Possibly the worst movie title of all time.

In college, this movie was used during hell week in my fraternity on "Movie Night". We watched it once, then they rewound the tape and we had to watch it AGAIN. Double Feature.

I love the name...it has always stuck in my head over the years.

Honestly, it was the title that has stuck in my head all these years.
I had to watch it again to be sure (it just got over) but I still feel the same way I did about it when I was 6. I love this frickin movie!

Has the OP even seen the movie, or is it (he/she) just judging it by its 'cover'? Anyways, I have heard worse titles, even recently. What kind of title is 'Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief'? It sounds stupid, although it looks great.

I just watched the better part of it on Cambodian television with a Camobodian voice over narration. Since I have a ways to go before I'm fluent in Cambodian, I couldn't understand what was going on until I looked it up online. I had honestly never heard of it until today, and while I was watching it I was wondering if it was made in the '70's or '80's. I had a good laugh at the low budget cheesy look of of it all, and I just couldn't stop laughing at Richard Jordan's get up in the movie.

I was just going to start a thread for this. The movie should have been called something like "Desert World".
