Average Buddy. They have ok chemistry. Crystal is annoying. They both seem like sidekick type actors. It has One decent chase. Jimmy Smits was a lame villian. Might have better if Peter Hyams wasn't the director. It is no lethal weapon or 48 Hours, which Hines turned down to do the Cotton Club.
