shareI was 32 and 1986 was the year I had my gender transition surgery, so the name had some meaning to me. I was living in Hollywood and not sure where I saw it, but on the first release or in the first year I guess.
It was so hip and cool and full of music, and that was when they still had music video channels, where I'd seen the Psychodelic Furs singing "I Love My Way"

I was probably about 13 (I'm 21 now) and I'm not usually one for very girly films but this became one of my favourite films and I still love it! It was actually (probably surprisingly) my dad who owned the video and liked this movie and I watched it with him!
