I can't watch this much longer. I want to get my scissors out and give her a haircut or at least a hair tie. Ugh!!!
I've been to Japan multiple times and have never seen an unkempt hairdo (outside of Harajuku).
I thought her hair was cute. She was a teenager so unkempt is to be expected.
