Is Scorsese the greatest at using music in his films?

Scorsese's choices in music in all of his films is amazing, I especially love his choices in The Color of Money. For me it is hard to pick between Scorsese and Tarantino when it comes to who is better at coming up with amazing soundtracks. Anyone else have any thoughts on the matter?

LOL! I just fast forward through the opening titles. Horrible music.

I totally agree that Scorsese and Tarantino are absolute masters in the matter. But I'll give the edge to Scorsese!

Yeah, alongside Tarantino he's probably the best. Paul Thomas Anderson is pretty dam particular with music, see "Boogie Nights"

Also meant to mention Danny Boyle. His movies were filled to the brim with amazing music, see "Trainspotting"
