Ford and Sly are still playing their iconic action roles in their 70s.Russels younger than them.The Rocks an appealing guy but hes no Jack Burton.

They Live was supposed to be the sequel. Actor obligations mucked that up so the script got some big changes. You can still see it in Piper's mullet though.

I too would rather a new sequel than some inadequate remake.
