I Sure as hell did when i was 5 living in St. Louis, i saw it 4 times i had the pajamas, those Mcdonald storybooks, stuffed Fievel, talking Fievel, t-shirt, coloring books and my mom bought me the movie for my 6th birthday.

I think I saw this in the shopping mall theater as a child, and not since before tonight. I remember seeing the Feivel dolls in the Sears automotive section and thinking it was weird. May have been an early realization of commercialism/sponsorship.
Big fan of Secret of NIMH and you can see some similarities between them and tell they were made by the same people.
