I watched The Terror Within (1989) last night.
It has:
- the very Alien-like body-bursting scene
- the video camera screens
- people in uniform with weapons going around the corridors
- the air duct scenes
- the flamethrower
- the two 'tech' guys, one which always repeats the other
- the discovery of the female survivor (like Newt)
- a dog (like Jones)
