Robert Downey, Jr. became close friends with Anthony Michael Hall. They decided together to join the cast of "Saturday Night Live" for the 1985–86 season. With all due respect, that season stunk.

All I can remember is, in the early nineties, re-watching the movie, thinking, "Well, that guy's career is a wash."

He is much cuter nowadays. I never found him cute when he was younger but now he is really hot!

This was the movie where I first saw him and developed my lifelong love for him. He was sooooo dreamy.  I was only about 8!

I was a teen back then, and while he really was insanely cute in some other movies, in this he was just a brat. Maybe for an 8-years-old it looked different. 😉 But we agree that he became hot when he lost his boyish features and developped this masculine handsomeness.

Oh, I agree that he was a brat. I remember being disappointed that the dreamy guy was a "bad" guy!

I think he was very cute when he still had his boyish features (Only You, Chances Are, Heart and Souls, etc...), and is ever hotter as he ages.
