I HATE this movie, but…

It's great. Not many movies involve airships in them to this degree. Black Sunday is the only other one I can think of. I love the way Zorin's laughing at the absurdity of the situation just before he gets it at the end.

I was never tempted to see this one, but the Duran Duran song and video were catchy.

I use use to think that this is the worst Bond, but I think that honour goes to TMWTGG or DAD, overtime I think AVTAK is not that bad, there is some good (Zorin and Mayday, chemistry between Bond and Tibbitt and the chase through Paris was enjoyable, the scene where Bond breathes air from a car tyre to make sure Zorin doesn't see him alive and the Duran Duran song) but it's problems were yes, Moore was too old, should have just finished after Octopussy to allow a younger actor take over, Tanya Roberts did not make an impression as Stacey and she and Moore had no chemistry, also Moore shagging women old enough to be his daughter/granddaughter was just wtf, and the story just didn't make sense, feel like the movie has two different plots.

It really isnt that bad
