What if Apollo didn't fight Drago???

Let say Apollos ego didn't get in the way where he wanted to fight Drago, so instead. Drago comes to the States and Challenges Rocky for the title....Rocky has Apollo and Duke train him just like in Rocky 3 and there is no intense Press Conference, instead it is respectful. And it is just a real fight between Rocky and Drago for the title and Rocky takes his training seriously just like in second fight of Rocky 3........Does Rocky still Win? Or did he need the motivation of apollos death to win?

Rocky loses but most likely doesn't die. He didn't have the motivation to train as hard as in Rocky III and remember, that supposed to be only an exhibition match.

Good point! I love how in Creed 2 he even tells Adonis. "I was suppose to be in there with Drago that night and not your father" Which I always took as Rocky knowing he would of lost

What if Drago came to America and fought Thunderlips Hogan. That would be worth the price of admission.

Drago being shy and uneasy around Thunderlips' girls would've been a funny moment.
