I just re-watched all the Rocky movies in the New Year's marathon on some cable channel and totally agree with you! I think she was attractive in 3, but good grief she was SMOKING hot looking in this one!
shareStallone, Burt Young and Talia Shire didn't age well from 85 to 90. Even when you see Shire wearing the same clothes from the end of Part iv in the beginning of V, it's obvious that she's aged.
Was a bit let down after re watching Rocky V directly after IV, she looks like a grandma!!

She was gorgeous really from 2-4. But this one was when she was at her best.
The first two, especially the first one, she had to hold off her natural beauty and look nerdy. She and Sly admitted how hard it was for her to prep to do that and she didn't like it. By the second one she started to be herself and by 3 she was Talia Shire fully and not Adrian. Kind of changes the intended backstory of Adrian a little in terms of realism (how could a nerdy girl in RL turn into such a stunner instantly without plastic surgery?) but it was the right decision in the long run.
Talia was always underrated in her day and this was one of her best moments. Damn she looked good. Shame she never did more sexy roles she had the goods to pull them off.
I always liked Adrian. Talia Shire and Sly had great chemistry in those films. The thing is I never thought she was "hot". That doesn't mean I think she's unattractive. Personally the best I think she looked was in Rocky 3, especially on the beach having that heart to heart with Rocky.

She was gorgeous in 3 and 4. I loved the scene in 3 in the silk nightgown looking in the mirror....
And her hair in Rocky IV at tad Apollo drago fight was absolutely beautiful.
