The Gump's body
Considering the Gnome King ate the cart which was his body I believe, did he get a new body in OZ?
shareThat was confusing. In the scene where everything was restored he had a body, or I sure thought so, but then in a later scene he is again a mounted head.
shareIt has been a very long time since I've seen Return to Oz. It is an amalgamation of "The Marvelous Land of Oz" and "Ozma of Oz."
In the original "Marvelous Land of Oz", after the adventures of the novel, the Gump, by his own choice, is disassembled. His head is returned to its place in the palace of Emerald City. He still, however, retains life and was known to speak to visitors on occasion.
