Little parts of the film that make you laugh.

I crack up laughing when Twisted Sister are performing " Burn in Hell ", and it shows the man dressed as Father Christmas/Santa Claus and the dinosaur on the sleigh, chasing after Pee Wee, and the dinosaur falls off the sleigh !. I don't know why , but there's something funny about a Father Christmas/Santa Claus being there while a band are performing a song about burning in hell lol ! xD. And the way the dinosaur falls is funny. It's also funny when Pee Wee says " how ya doin ? " , as he rides past the band on his bike. And the part just after that makes me laugh, when Pee Wee does a " Tarzan " noise, as he swings across the water, and then the guy who is chasing him also does a " Tarzan " noise, and falls into the water !!. Does anyone else find those parts funny ?.

Also, i used to find the Large Marge scene scary when i was little ( when her face changes ) but now i think it's hilarious !!.

That he has this elaborate contraption to make a full breakfast, pancakes, toast, eggs, cereal on top, which he then only takes like two tiny bites of and walks away lol

I always like when Pee-wee is in the magic store and after "sampling" the various items he keeps throwing them on the floor instead of putting them back where he got them. lol

I just watched this on netflix today for the first time in I don't know how many years, and I couldn't help but laugh at some of the innuendo in this movie that completely went over my head when I saw this as a kid. One example is when Pee Wee and Simone are talking in the dinosaur and PW tells her to follow her dream of moving to Paris and not letting anything stop her. Her response, with her jealous boyfriend listening from outside: "No one's ever put it to me that way." That line and the look on the bf's face made me crack up.

JAMES BROLIN - The casting of him as PW was a stroke of brilliance! Cracks me up just looking at him.

At the very end, when Pee Wee had his cameo ad the desk guy/concierge in the big Hollywood production... He is cheesing at the camera, looking directly into the lens pretty much the whole time, awkwardly moving around to remain in the shot. Hilarious.

Exactly my thoughts as well. Him and Morgan Fairchild as Dottie. And of course, Brolin repeating Pee-Wee's phrase, "I'm a loner. A rebel!"

One of the funniest visual scenes is once PW makes due with the bikers, they let him ride off with one of their vests and bike. Then PW kicks start it and the bikers jump up in joy (that was funny too) and while the camera stays watching PW drive off, he eventually rides into a sign. And it's more funny watching PW tumble. There's a clip of it on youtube here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w0h_cvVGMcQ

I hate it when I’m singing along to a song, and the artist gets the words wrong.

The way his eyes light up when he notices the roll of Scotch tape in the bathroom right before he tears off strips of it and tapes up his face.

I laughed way too hard when Pee-wee tries on the x-ray specs, looks at the woman in the store, and then gives her a wink. And when he waved to the chimp at the front of the store both times.

one scene that always makes me laugh is when Pee Wee jumps off the railroad car because he can't take the hobo's singing anymore.

How about when Peewee gives Francis and his dad the trick gum? Also the scene on the train with Peewee and the old hobo singing and Peewee eventually gets annoyed with the old guy's singing and jumps off the train screaming! 
