David Cronenberg's "Rabid." The leading lady was Marilyn Chambers, a porn star, so it wasn't surprising that she had no problem being nude the whole time.

Second Time Lucky (Diane Franklin is naked in the first half of the film)

Not Another Teenage Movie (or something like that, with one of the girls being an international student from a country where no one wore clothes)

The AntiChrist (French actress appears naked from time to time)

Pilar Orive in Caged Women, a 1991 women in prison flick. She's nude for 95% of her screen time, and she's the film lead star! The only time she's fully dressed is in the first ten minutes. After that, she's either completely nude or in skimpy prison rags that barely cover her and is usually torn in such a way to expose her breasts, bush, and buttocks. She's also one of the hottest women I've ever seen, kind of resembles Sophie Marceau.

I can't believe no one else has mentioned 1981's 'Ghost Story' yet

a young Alice Krige (star trek's borg queen and the creepy mom from stephen king's Skinwalkers) is a naked vengeful spirit throughout the entire movie.

plus stars Fred Astaire, Melvyn Douglas, Douglas Fairbanks Jr. and John Houseman

a really eerie horror movie dripping with atmosphere. check it out

Nobody has mentioned Jill Kelly's final movie called Naked Avenger. Considering she was a porn star, it's hardly surprising that she gets naked. She spends a good portion of the movie totally nude.

Naked fear, the woman is naked through half the movie until she finds some cloth to cover herself. but half the movie she is naked.

Well anything by Tinto Brass, or anything starring Lina Romay. She was/is the uninhibited muse of Jess Franco. See her in films such as Female Vampire, Rolls Royce Baby and Doriana Gray. In all of these she is naked for most of the running time.

If one puts more weight on "similar movies" than of "nude throughout the movie", I could recommend "Moontrap" (1989). The film has a similar initial situation, yet the lead actress is shown nude (topless) in only one scene.

BTW: Four posts above daffy72 mentioned Alice Krige in "Skinwalkers". Actually, it's "Sleepwalkers". The leading actress in "Skinwalkers" is Rhona Mitra -- and sadly she doesn't show off her boobs in it.

The short film Liminal. You can find it on the web, I think. The two leading actresses performed 90% of the movie naked. Lifeforce style nudity.

The Man who Wasn't there, with Steve Guttenberg, a 1983 comedy. The leading lady found herself naked after becoming visible.

Give it to the French to be the champions of this. Nudity without too much vulgarity.

Point de Fuite - a short Belgian movie where everyone in the classroom is naked.

La machine à découdre - 1986 movie where the leading lady is sunbathing in the nude when she gets into trouble

La Venus a Lulu - French TV movie from 1991 where the leading lady goes to sleep naked and ends up strolling around town in the buff.

La fonte des neiges - French movie from 2009, but be warned, it is about a 12 year old boy at a nudist colony.

I'd issue a warning for La Venus a Lulu as well. The leading lady, a stunning Caroline Laurence, is naked in front of a 11 years old boy that serves as her guide through the town for much of the movie.

If you find that unconformable, you should avoid the movie.
