An overlooked classic
A really good movie. Maybe a little heavy-handed with the eco-message, and perhaps simplistic in portraying the Indians as unblemished children of nature, but most entertaining and beautiful to watch.

I liked the young topless chicks.
The rain forest looked better then than it did last week.
shareAlso heavy handed with the whole wizened, mystical, drug induced, clairvoyant, indigenous people thing.
I don't love her.. She kicked me in the face!!
I haven't seen this in years but remember it as one of the very best films of the 1980s, powerful, haunting and beautiful. Certain images have stuck with me in the long years since I last watched it -- this one is long overdue another viewing.
