George Knew Calvin Was His Son: Back To The Future Theory Changes Everything

Back to the Future brought Marty and his dad together. But there's a theory, which changes everything, that George knew "Calvin" was his son.

Well, technically we don't know that George and Lorraine didn't notice some similarity between 1985 Marty and 1955 Calvin Klein.

When Marty arrives back home, and notices that his life has changed, he has a conversation with his parents for a few minutes. Just because over the course of that short conversation they don't just go; "Oh wow, you look just like that kid we knew in the 1950s", doesn't mean that it's not something they'd never noticed or mentioned. It's just they didn't mention it the one time at the end of the film we see them interacting with Marty.

Saying that, I find it hard to believe that even if they did notice a similarity, their assumption would be that their son must have time travelled back in time 30 years.

It's more likely George would have accused Lorraine of having an affair with Calvin to produce a kid that looked INDENTICAL to him...

Time travel would not have been something they would have thought of.

100% this. If at any time George gets to looking at Marty and thinking "hey, this kid looks just like that Calvin guy that got us together" the first thought would be infidelity, not time travel.
