shareThere's a big difference between staring at someone because you find them attractive..and watching someone through their window or while they are in the shower...(without their consent)
shareWhen i was a teen i started dating my next door neighbor and her shower window was directly across from my bedroom window and she would call me over to talk to her through the window while she showered and if nobody happened to be home she would invite me in the shower. Great days now my next door neighbor is a lonely old man who can't drive reminding me of my bleak future

And you have to wonder if Lorraine KNEW about it.
