No way 2 is better than 1.
I knew not to click. T2 is a god awful movie. There is Terminator, and the rest are all stupid shit. Milking a worthless franchise that makes less and less sense the further it continues. I dont need to see anyone's stupid list.
shareThank you. T2 is WAY overrated. T1 is the OG. Bigger.....darker....grittier....and a true R rating.
T1 was Alien (dark, original, incredible)......as T2 was Aliens (a fun, action romp).
And T2 looks dated...while T1 holds up perfectly.
The moment Arnie decided he needs to be the good guy on-screen, the whole franchise lost its edge.
People just look at T2 with distorted, rose-colored glasses...fond memories....because of how compelling the effects were back in the early 90's in the movie theater. When I see it now....I see the dip-shit friend with the mullet and ridiculous clothes....I see a boney, off-putting, over-acting Sarah....dated morphing effects....and a T-800 that smiles, stands on one leg...gives thumbs-up...takes orders from a kid....and doesn't want to hurt anyone. Meh.
I used to love 2, i was 10 when it came out, much prefer the first one these days.
If only Arnie had stayed as the bad termimator, think we would of had some great films.

It's a literally a kid's movie. And we all know how that goes. You cant bad mouth a children's movie to any adult who grew up watching it. I was young when I saw but I was still embarrassed by the dialog, how awful Furlong was, and how stupid everything that happened was.
Arnolds first scene, he puts on a shades for no other reason other than as a call back to a friggen movie poster. Then the stupid shrink apparently has amnesia and still isnt convinced a cyborg took out his entire police station and escaped. Some hillbilly trailer park trash somehow lives in L.A. and is friends with John? The T-1000 that can copy anyone and do their voice, demands John's mom call out for him for no other reason but to show how tough she is, THEN, it does itself. When it could have done like an hour earlier. One eye rolling cringe moment after another
