Was Spock technically, 33 years old when he "died for real" in Star Trek: Beyond?

Assuming that we take in account for him being reborn on the Genesis planet in 2285.

It tells us that Spock was born on January 6, 2230 AD and died on January 2, 2263:

He also went back in time in 2387 to 2258, so he was actually 162 Earth years of age when he died.

Ignore that, that's just Abrams bullshit made up for the NON-CANON Trek movies he made, I don't give a damn what they do.

And Abrams obviously doesn't understand Stardates, cos they don't work like normal dates.
