worth the watch
if you haven't seen it.
shareExcellent movie, with a great cast and script. The late Howard Rollins and pre fame Denzel Washingston are standouts, but the film is pretty much stolen by Adolph Caesar as Sgt Vernon Waters (his scene talking about his experience with another soldier during World War 1 is some powerful stuff). You definitely feel it's stage origins in parts but still a excellent underlooked film.
