All the black people left that town when they banned dancing. There was a mass exodus of black people that left Beaumont and moved to Funkytown.

Okay, I'm not a demographic expert, but pretty sure that in 90% of Americas small towns of 10,000 or less that are NOT in the south, they will be over 90% white, maybe a few Mexicans or Indians, or Asians if they're in the west. But that's it!
