You forgot "masculine" from your list.
She sounds like a man, she has man hands and man jaw, and when you pause this film at a time when her mouth is closed, when she's arguing with Hauer's character, and really look at her, it's easy to see her as a man.
In fact, her face is so masculine, that I can't believe anyone would find her sexy as a woman. If you remove her make-up in your mind (or with picture manipulation), she really looks like a masculine man.
Her eyes look weird because the shade of the color matches with the shade of the 'white' part of her eyeballs, and at the same time her iris has sharp, thick, round dark 'border' around it. It doesn't mean anything, it's just a coloring feature. You just find it fascinating, because it's relatively rare. If it was more common, you wouldn't think there's anything 'mysterious' or 'exotic' about her, because of her eyes.
Oh, if you still need more proof that she's masculine, just LOOK at her man hands, when she's hugging Hauer's character after the first 'action-scene' (after they shoot the man from the helicopter). I always thought she was very masculine, but after seeing those hands, I put 1+1 together (her voice is very man-like too, as I already mentioned - does anyone really consider that rusty whiskey voice feminine?) = she's either a transvestite, or gone through a 'sex-change operation', or just very unlucky in the gene pool, when it comes to femininity.
