For over 20 years now fans and perverts obsessed with Tom Cruise have watched this movie thinking that if you pause the movie at just the right time, you can see his penis.. this line even made it into "Scream". Well, now, the truth has come out. Tom was quoted saying that he has never done frontal nudity and that the frontal nudity in "All the Right Movies" was the work of a body double.
Just thought I would pass this information along to the people here (in case anybody reading this board are fans and or perverts obsessed with Tom Cruise and or his penis)

Yea, that's what I would say...now. Why has he bothered to have it edited out of later versions of the movie? He knows and we know they didn't put a double in for that 4 seconds. It ain't gonna happen for a new guy.

Hey buddies!

I learnt from a respectable magazine's (Indian) special issue on 75 years of movies, that Daniel Day Lewis, Tom Cruise, Richard Gere appeared in frontal nudity. Only they know the truth but hardly it is convincing that a body double would be used for a new entrant.

I only rue that even a slight show of skin gets cut in India!

Why is it such a big deal about Tom Cruise getting naked? Did anyone notice that Leah Thompson got fully naked too? And we saw her "privates" as well!! The end result, they were both buck naked admiring each other. But who cares, right?

It was still a tasteful, respectable scene of two people losing their virginity to one another.

I think it's not necessarily a 'big deal' that he got naked. But Tom Cruise is Tom Cruise; he's this crazy mega superstar who 99.99% of the population has an opinion about. And some people, upon hearing that his cock is in a movie, are interested in seeing it, because:

a) As far as looks go, some find Tom Cruise attractive (I think he is)

b) What percentage of non-porn movies have an exposed penis in them? Especially in comparison to the percentage of movies that have topless women and women doing full-frontal.

The later versions of the DVD of this movie was edited out particularly his love scene with Lea Thompson.

They have been airing this scene on Fox Movies, and the sex scene is intact. Lea Thompson had a very nice body at this point. What cracks me up, though, is that even though they do show the penis, it is completely flaccid. What kind of teenaged boy has his naked girlfriend pressed up against him and isn't aroused at all?

Strange that you should say this. Although I've seen the movie a dozen times my wife had never seen it so we got it from NetFlix and watched it this afterlunch. The bedroom scene that I had seen in previous editions faded as Stef begins to pull down her top. The version we saw today went a while lot further.

It wasn't a double I can guarantee. It was just accidentally shown. You can tell that he's going out of his way to turn so that it is not shown but the camera still picked up a glimpse. If they were going to use a body double for penis exposure they would have actually shown a clear intentional shot of the penis.

Of course it's Tom Cruise's penis. You can tell it's his because he's in a scene with a naked Lea Thompson, and that penis is flaccid. If he had been in a sex scene with Chris Penn, then maybe it would have been a different story.

There was an interview with Lea Thompson in Interview Magazine a few years ago where this was brought up. She talked about how offended she was that Tom Cruise lied about the stunt double situation; basically saying that it's insulting to insinuate she, as a woman, was expected to go full frontal, but he as a man would be provided a nudity double.

Anyone who has seen the original film knows full well it is not a double. The way the film is edited makes it impossible for someone to somehow have stepped in to be Tom's body double in the middle of the shot.

That link doesn't provide a source to back that up. All it says is that the trivia is provided by users of the site.

And if the poster above is right that she said in an interview that there were no body doubles, that sounds more reliable.
