Are there any eps on Mama's Family in particular that you dislike-just can't watch? I pretty much like or love every ep from the first run syndication years of 1986-1990. There a few episodes from the first run NBC one's I didn't like. I can remember the one where Buzz and Sonja go to prom that I didn't care for.

I didn't care for the episode where Thelma baby-sits that baby to show Naomi how hard it is. I also dislike the one where she watches Rev Meecham's grandson
shareOffhand, the Cousin Gert and Leonard Oats episodes are wretched. Vint almost marrying that foreigner sucks. I can do without the episode where Mama prepares dinner for the crowd Vint and Naomi are trying to impress, then throws her back out. I only barely tolerate Mama running for mayor and when she buys the car. Don't care for that episode where they're imagining themselves married and unhappy...or the one where Iola's mother goes missing and mama imagines herself as a PI.

I LIKED Naomi with her hair down and with a subtle wave to it, instead of the big hair she had from 3-end.
I ALSO LIKED Naomi when she calmed down her voice and wasn't as screechy as she turned out to be.
I disliked Aunt Fran.

I just saw one that was just so out of place: mama's boyfriend. she goes away with some dude she hasn't seen or something in 40 years to some rickety old cabin and he wants to do the nasty with her.
