Mia Farrow's singing...

Which camp are you in about Farrow's rendition of "Now that I'm a Woman..."?

A. Farrow's fragile singing beautifully conveys the great sad vulnerability of the Unicorn's all-too-mortal form.

B. Farrow's singing makes ears bleed! Mia, just because you were once Ol' Blue Eyes' wife doesn't mean you have a voice to launch records. In other words, don't quit your day job.

You know what?I think it might be BOTH for me!
For the film, the flawed singing of Farrow actually worked.
It matched the visual emotional torment that the character was going through.
It sounded like she was weeping as she sang.

That said, I am 100% glad they decided to use another singer for the soundtrack!
What worked for the film would emphatically not worked on the CD.

I'd say this cloud is Cumulo Nimbus.
Didn't he discover America?
Penfold, shush.

Hahah I thought Jeff Bridges sounded sort of bad even though he sang well in Crazy Heart.

Anyway, I'm leaning more towards A for Mia.
I also agree that it is also characteristically flawed. I agree about the CD though I haven't heard it yet, the movie version would've sounded too much like a boot-legged audio from a movie.

B. Honestly when I heard her sing it made me cringe. She was awful. Thank god they replaced her in the duet lol. Jeff Bridges was bad too.

Appalling. All of the singing in this is horrific.

"My friends! Large sorry... you wait so fat time."

reply

B. The prince's song is awful as well.
