shareThe Tar Man is just a legendary zombie image. At least it made a bigger impression on me, probably because I've seen ROTLD when I was a kid, unlike Creepshow that I just recently saw.
shareDepends on how you judge them as they are 2 very different entities.
I mean, much as I love Tarman for what it is...a comic foil. He is FAR better then Nathan in that regard.
However, in terms of being a scary, un-dead, sadistic bastard. Nathan is FAR better then Tarman.
In terms of make-up effects work, I'd say Nathan.
And so, God came forth and proclaimed widescreen is the best.
