This was a boring and pretty bad movie, I don't know who would claim to love this. ("spoiler" I suppose)

I watched this 10 years ago. I stayed to the end I'm not sure why. Just cause I liked the way it looked I guess and the soundtrack is pretty good and atmospheric. But the script is pretty terrible.

Am I right that Harrison Ford basically ends up having a romantic affair with a robot? Yeah? That's supposed to be cool?

Usually when someone says something good or bad they explain why they think so so a debate can be formed. Just saying the script is terrible doesn't explain what was terrible about it and no given suggestions on improvement.

This movie is #88 of all time on Sight and Sound magazine.

Voted on by people (directors and critics) who know a good deal more about movies than you.

But I'd do understand that it is not everyones cup of tea.
