Similar films?

So, while I grew up watching Blade Runner with my older brother, I never really appreciated its dystopian beauty until my adult years and it has since become one of my favorite films of all time. Are there any other films with a similar atmosphere and style - a dystopian neo-noir setting (not counting the upcoming sequel, which I am, of course, excited for)?

I know of several video games that fit the bill, such as Mass Effect, Deus Ex and Remember Me, but am now on the hunt for similar films.

Very good list. Don't know what kind of algorithm is behind the "similar movie" list on the website, however! Die Hard???

I think it's based on the IMDB ratings, as in, "people who liked this also liked...".

Thanks for the suggestions guys! I'll check those out, especially 12 Monkeys and Minority Report, since I'd been meaning to see those for a long time.

actionkarmen posted a good list. I would like to add The Adjustment Bureau and A Scanner Darkly. Those are also based on the work of Philip K. Dick.

-Highlander 2 (I don't care if others don't like it, I like this far more than the succeeding sequels)

-A Clockwork Orange (not neo noir though)
-Tim Burton's Batman films

-The Terminator films
-Sin City
-The X Files (lit & filmed like a noir show, love the stark blacks)
-Equilibrium
-The Thirteenth Floor
-The Man in the High Castle (set in the past but conceived in a dystopian future of what if....)
-I Robot
-District 9
-I Am Legend
-The Thing (not set in the future but very dystopian and noir-ish)
-The Fly
-Robocop (original)
-Invasion of the Body Snatchers (1956) (the 70s version isn't very noirish)
-The Crow
-The Hunger (1983)

Although these noirs are set in the past, I feel like they have the same feel as the above:
