I don't mean the secondary characters like Samgrass. I'm talking about the main characters including Charles and members of the Flyte family.
shareNone of the leads is particularly likable, but Theresa Marchmain was the least agreeable.
shareLord Marchmain. Abandoned his family and gambled away all their money, so that Marchmain House had to be torn down and replaced with an apartment block. I really hated him when Bridey commissioned Charles to paint rooms from the doomed house.
shareDefinitely Charles. Such a selfish character. He starts out clueless and stays that until the end.
shareHard to say. None of the main characters were admirable but Kurt was the worst secondary character, a real hanger on.
