Or was he paid from the boys father to get the boy laid? Either way it's beyond creepy and...illegal?

It's been years since I've seen this and I am rewatching it now..I think they might be in a con but as of right now I'm just trying to think wtf kind of con can this be lol

Yeah they were both working a con...one of the stupidest cons in the history of cons.
