Obviously plenty of movies end with someone getting shot, but I'm trying to think of movies where that's the absolute end. BANG! The end.
The only other ones I can think of off the top of my head are "Elite Squad" and "The French Connection II."

Animal Kingdom (2010) effectively ends with a bang although there is a very brief and ambiguous scene after which leaves the ending "open".
Killer Joe (2011) ends with someone pointing a gun at the principle character and squeezing the trigger, but it is left open whether the shot actually gets fired.
Of course the original, mimicked directly in Goodfellas and other films, is the iconic ending to 1903's The Great Train Robbery.
