i love Stroganoff, I cant believe that Bud didn't want to try some of a plate of it, before napping.. the sour cream really makes that stuff... It was the only "housewife" thing she did while staying at that trailer...

Do you have a *real* good recipe for it? First time I had it was in a small restaurant in Fairfield CT in the late 70s (they were known for it IIRC) and I was blown away. I tried making it recently and the recipe I used was garbage.
I’m ashamed to say this, but growing up much much younger than my sister, I never understood thy she called beef stroganoff “cattle masturbating” until I was probably 18, lol.. whenever our housekeeper was making it, she would say, “oh great we are having cattle masturbating for dinner”.. lol

Just watched most of this yesterday after not seeing it for a few years and - yep, Bud was a dumb ass redneck for not choosing Pam over the skank.
I guess that was part of the story - they deserved each other. Sadly.
