The most depressing thing about this movie
is that not many people (relatively) have seen it....
An idea is a greater monument than a cathedral.
I saw this film years ago on TV and loved it. It's been in my top ten for years. However.My brother who usually shares my tastes hated it. Maybe it's a little strange for some tastes. Then we were quite young then. Agree that the dvd copy is flawed. I'll need to look into getting the blu ray.
