No doubt, Steve Miner for me.

Steve Miner for sure. Within the F13 franchise he's the only director to direct more than one film, he directed parts 2 & 3 which are in the top 5 for the franchise easily.
Looking at their work overall, still Miner. He's the director I've seen the most of and he's got several good horror films to his name.
