Why did Dave rush to the toilet after the black guy flushed it?

What was with that?

The black guy says, “I don’t do business with you.” He flushed the toilet. Then Dave hurried to the toilet to try to get something? Did the black guy flush some cocaine down or something?

What was the deal with that scene?

The black guy was giving him the contact (the card game) but in a way that he had plausible deniability. Dave fished it out of a toilet. It wasn't given directly to him.
