Since when was this called Cannibals In The Streets?

Cannibal Apocalypse, surely?

It was originally released to US theaters as Cannibals in the Streets.

This is copied from IMDB:
U.S. version (with the screen title 'Invasion of the Flesh Hunters' was heavily censored of gore to earn an "R" rating instead of an "X". This version is still available on a budget USA DVD.

I will try to do some digging to find out what the differences are.

Cannibals in the Streets was a limited release and only mildly cut. I'm not sure it was missing much other than the dismemberment of the gas station attendant and the hole blown in Giovanni Radice. For its wide release it was more heavily censored and retitled Invasion of the Flesh Hunters. That version had a HUGE amount of cuts. Even the security guard being dragged across the ground was cut just because you could see it streak blood on the floor.

My DVD copy has both of those scenes so I’m guessing I have the unedited version. I think it’s by KL Classic or something like that.

If it has the camera panning down and looking through the hole blown in Giovanna, then yes it's uncut. That's always the first thing to go when this is censored. Even some Japanese versions are either missing that shot, or have it tinted blue.
