Can't help but notice when you watch a film from this era how much female bodies have changed or evolved from then til now...
They seem to have different pelvis / hip and butt structure than what one would see on a beach today...I know bikini styles have obviously changed but it's almost like evolution made a drastic change in the 30 odd years when it comes to the shape of women...

Note also that even though most of the younger male characters (except the nerds) were persistent in their pursuit of the girls, they weren't hostile, overwhelming, or saturated in a nascent rapist's entitlement mentality about it. Just garden variety boys & girls and birds & the bees stuff, with no indication that the girls were forced into sex or into riding on boats with creepy perverts as if they were absent any choice. In fact, it was pretty clear that the women in this film were in control of the sexual scenarios, even Brody's wife in her handling of the real estate jerk who not so subtly hit on her repeatedly.
This was consistent with my experience and what I've observed in 98% of the men I've been friends with or knew at work my entire life (there are a couple of outliers, but they weren't guys I hung out with or called friends). Women today would have you believe that most men are knuckledragging savages eager for a chance to exploit them sexually, against their will if need be. I see numerous opinion pieces that men need to be tamed and retrained to approach sexual relations exactly as women do. Their view of an average guy from the 1970s is even worse than the contempt with which they hold today of the male sex drive, as if every schmoe back then was Harvey Weinstein or at best Ron Burgandy. Not so. Whatever level of respect men have for women in general these days, I seriously doubt it's any better now than then, and I think it may be even worse given the implicit accusation that every male is a mansplainin' self-entitled swine benefiting from a supposed patriarchy. Some may hold this opinion of you irrespective of how you've actually conducted yourself in reality.

True. One could argue it's all apart of sort of conspiracy of indoctrination. Since these two topics are now bought up, maybe the topic of the future of sex dolls should be brought up. I'm hearing stories of men leaving their wives over these newly produced dolls. Men are also making jokes like "Hey it doesn't argue with you when you want another beer!" Shit I could see some people choosing a sex doll over a single mother, plus men like to teach other men and boys these days to not get married, I've had so many do the same thing to me.
If you look at it one way you'd almost think it's an elaborate plan to wipe out the human race, slowly.
Don't forget about the women's liberation in the early 70s which was not a militant and hostile as the feminist movement is today, but still topics like this were on people's minds.

The female body has changed according to how much you're willing to pay for it.. guys. You like them toned/fit, big butts (thanks to the african american female body-type, not the Kardashians, they are just wanna-be black women), nose jobs, bottle-blonde hair, tiny waists (thanks to the waist-cinchers sold on Tele-mundo, and Kim Kardashian)..breast implants, etc..
They know exactly what you want.. and those females who are smart investors will pay the price. You, too, have to "pay a price" if you can afford her... If not, they don't care, they'll just go to the highest bidder.
Don't believe me? Look at Melania Trump.. Once she snagged Donald, her figure is now returned to a more "boxy" look.. Before, she kept up her body, until she hooked him.. She knew the value of plastic surgery (like all of Donald's women, including his own daughter Ivanka), and she used it. Melania went from looking like some flat-chested, wild-eyed big nosed European to some hybrid of a Cat with tits..

You forget that those actresses were selected by directors to appeal to the masses. Body type has not changed significantly in the few years since the seventies, preference has! Believe me they had plenty of hot chicks then, also according to modern standards. (Some light trimming required, of course)
