Oldest, I say Cha Cha - she looked about 40 and Sonny looked like a senior staff member at Rydell instead of a student. Youngest, I think Pudsey could pass as a high school student

Rizzo looked middle aged in a few scenes. I think it's the short hair. Marty looked the youngest of the girls (19 when shot)
As for guys, Sonny looked middle aged as well.

I used to think that Sandy looked teen, given her innocent face, but when she is dressed as a cheer leader she looks 30.
