I'm glad to see interest in Hillary Thompson's brief role. When I first saw The Fury several years ago, i thought she looked quite familiar and I assumed it must have been in television work. I'm glad someone reminded me about The Brady Bunch episode. That scene at the girls school is probably my favorite in the movie and makes me wish Gillian wasn't wisked away from there so quickly. All the actresses interact with each other well: you momentarily believe they really are girls in close quarters who know each others vulnerabilities. And Thompson plays the bitch so well it's a little hard to stop cheering when Gillian unleashes her powers on her.
