Agreed 100%...it's pretty rare that a sequel is up the original's standards.

Agreed :) Its my favorite of the Omen trilogy (I don't include the 4th one, since I absolutely despise that film).

The sequel is an enjoyable watch but it is rightly not considered the classic that the first film is.

The sequel upped the kill count but it is totally lacking in the suspense and sense of fear that made the first film so creepy.

This one was more like a Final Destination film. Lots of deaths but not actually scary.

Though the death of the doctor in the elevator is hard to forget.

It is fantastic and they have the OMEN Trilogy at V-STOCK that also includes The FINAL CONFLICT, also very good with Sam Neill.. It's not often you're going to get everyone agreeing with a horror movie from the past being this good, but the OMEN II is..
