Noticeable errors, mistakes or goofs

In Jack's Uncle, Jack says that he's Uncle Fremont's only nephew (when he says Jack is his favorite). Two seasons later, we learn that Jack has a brother Lee (in Lee Ain't Heavy, He's My Brother).

And I'm not sure if this counts, but what about the VERY noticeable fake beard worn by the actor (Jordan Charney) who played Mr. Angelino?

I can understand that Charney (who appears--clean-shaven--in an earlier episode, Jack Moves Out, as Larry's boss) may not have wanted to grow a beard just for that role...but it's hard to believe they couldn't have gotten make up people to do a better job than that (whenever I see Angelino, I keep wondering if he's in the Witness Protection Program or something).

There were two episodes that had to do with skiing in season 4 and 5. In the season 4 episode, Jack couldn't wait to go skiing, he was even polishing his skis. Then in the season 5 ep, Downhill Chaser, Jack was afraid to even go on the slopes. Jack couldn't even figure out how to put his skis on.

In "Strangers In The Night" (season 6), Larry apparently has such a beautiful voice that Jack agrees to a plan to mime to his singing. In "The Impossible Dream" (season 7), Larry is supposedly a terrible singer.

At some point Chrissy has a botched lobotomy with no mention of it.

Numerous times Chrissy and Terri had on wedding rings (especially Terri). The actresses obviously forgot to take them off before appearing on set.

There were quite a few times you could see a boom mic visible and one time you could see the edge of the set in the kitchen and/or living room scenes.
