That has to be one of the best, most chillingly delivered lines of all time - Olivier was brilliant in that role.
My dentist even comically tried that line on me once when I was in for a check up - thankfully he stopped there!

For years I had only known this line from when one of the gremlins quotes it in 'Gremlins 2'. I always figured it was just a dentistry joke. Just watched this movie for the first time, and now I get it!
