So the Circuit machine "teleported" in your hook ups?
If they had teleportation, why did Sandmen have to run and use vehicles?
shareIt's been a long time, but I imagine the teleport is limited to the actual booth/alcove thing and can't just teleport you anywhere.
shareIf that is true, and it probably is, then it would be of extremely little use when chasing a person who is dodging through corridors with many possible turnings. Particularly as every single runner would know enough to avoid teleport book points.
So I think the chief use of the things in a chase would be to summon other Sandmen to the scene... although if that is done, how would the call go? Every single call would be "In pursuit of white male, aged 29, wearing green or orange, uh...".
