Enzo G Castellari
Keoma came out late in the Italian western craze and I heard Castellari and Nero both loved this film, and it shows.

shareIt's a good film but I agree with others that the soundtrack is a bit too much.
shareI’m not one for altering films, but I’d love to experience this with a fitting Morricone score.
shareMannaja has a similar score with similar issues, but I felt it was a tad bit less awkward. That "Like a Snake" song has been stuck in my head for years, as stupid as it is.
I would have also loved Lucio Fulci's THE BEYOND much more if it had a more subtle score like ZOMBI 2 or like Jay Chattaway's MANIAC and VIGILANTE. The main theme in THE BEYOND is so ridiculously over the top that it kills the horror.
