Miss Collins confronts Sue and Tommy because she thinks they are planning some kind of prank, and then the pigs blood and everything else at the prom ends up happening, and then Sue is the only student left alive at the end, so did the school suspect she was the likely culprit behind everything?
shareI think Sue had a mental breakdown after the attack. The movie shows her being watched over by her mother. It doesn't seem as though the fault was pinned on her.
shareI don't remember if Miss Collins escaped or not, she was at the prom. Anyway she was the only one who knew what was going on and the inside drama of who was going with Carrie to the prom and who was dating who. Once the pigs blood happens everyone who sees it happen is taken out by Carrie so who knows if the incident was known about and what the local authority thinks actually happened.
