Nancy - Elayne Heilveil
Anyone know why Elayne Heilveil was replaced in the role of Nancy?

I like the original Nancy. She fit in with the rest of the cast. Birney looked like a stranger next to everyone.
According to different stories Heilveil either inexplicably quit because she didn’t want to go on with the role or she was fired. Maybe it was both.
It is disappointing. I would have liked to see her Nancy grow up. Whereas Birney always seemed in control and mature.
