Talk about insensitive when the Parkland shooting happened not so long ago.

This was obviously critical satire of the notion of arming teachers and the like. But.... to equate them with armed cock roaches? Or maybe they meant veterans? I don't know what the hell the writers were intending but that shit did not land.

I know it's satire but having the bullets flashing and blood splatters? Doesn't that just make you look in disgust? I mean if any liberal shooting survivor saw that after surviving such an incident not so long ago it was in poor taste in trying to mock something so close to the time it happened. Talk about reviving shock and trauma in such a short time to anyone being in those situations.

This show is so far left,but I think it still considers itself moderate. I made it a few skits in and deleted it. I can laugh at both sides,but there aren't 2 sides on SNL anymore. It has always leaned left,but never has it been so sadly and blatantly partisan. The worst part is how it completely lacks the clever, tongue in cheek, smart yet stupid skits it used to have. They were social and political,but still well written and performed back in the day. Right now, it's really bad. I hope every week that it can get back to something close to the glory days,at least once in a while.

Old SNL was better or rather the previous cast. Current cast is like full SJW going after Trump, dipsy chick skits, and so on. I miss MadTV as well. Sigh, the good comedies of the past.
