Did Kolchak ever publish an article

Poor Kolchak I cant remember even one time where he got to publish an article or even a reference to one that had been. Lol

and his photos never came out right.

Lol, so true. He was the worst reporter but he was the best monster hunter.

reply

he was brave but in a very human way

And he did it like it was his job. I cant believe they screwed up that reboot so bad. All they had to do was follow the original formula and they would have been fine.

The other night the camera he was using was some itty-bitty pocket thing you perch a flash bulb on. I'm sure they were fun for amateurs at the time, but I wouldn't trust important photos to such a rinky-dink set up.

At the end of Trevi Collection, he talks about a series of articles about a corruption scandal that are about to break. He got the tip from the witch.

I often wondered that myself. A lot of his supernatural articles were either squashed by his boss and never published, or in one case, he had to record what he remembered on a tape before the governments' serums made him forget what he saw, and even then, he wouldn't be able to write about lizard men in the underground. He would have had to keep that particular tape under lock and key, should someone try to destroy it. I can't imagine how much money he spent on cameras the police kept breaking.

I'm guessing the only articles he ever was able to put in the paper he worked for, were ordinary, everyday things that could have related to his investigations, such as mysterious murders or disasters happening around Chicago. I do recall that there was a reference to him doing investigative work into organized crime, so he might have been able to write a few things about that.

He published the article about Buck Fineman's death from Horror in the Heights.
