Was he supposed to be younger than Joanie? When he was after her and she kept turning him down, he seemed younger and he was smaller than her. Then suddenly "all the girls" liked him so she decided to go out with him. So, did the character start out younger, then the writers suddenly jumped his age? Or was he just little for his age?

shareI loved Bugsy Malone too Scott and especially Jodie Foster were really good. One of the best all-kid musicals ever that would be great as a remake today. It made me like Baio too. Then true colors came through as he got older and now? That ignorant arrogant POS couldn't get me to piss on him if he was on fire. His VH1 reality most definitely exposed what a huge douche he is not to mention his political leanings. When he did speak about Erin it was with almost a shudder-like air of contempt as he couldn't believe he allowed himself to even be involved with her for the brief time they "dated" and made it seem like she was some unworthy of his time psycho that he was relived of. WTF? I also found it interesting that out of all the women he couldn't keep after Erin they were all the Courtney Snowden looking Stepford Wives acting type and those that weren't we're here and gone. If he did do Erin dirty trust his Karma will SURELY handle that for him.share
I was watching the two episodes of Happy Days with Robin Williams on them as the character "Mork" and noticed a massive change in Scott Bail's height from the first to the second. He must have grown around a foot in only a year or so. On the first episode from '78 (Happy Days Se5 Ep22) he looks pretty small and boyish but by the next episode (Se6 Ep24) from '79 he's like a foot taller! Those two episodes were only a year apart but it's possible that the first one was filmed much earlier that it was aired.
